Getting Started

What is Oravanta Automations?
Oravanta Automations is a multi-tenant AI platform built for service businesses. It automates quote generation, email processing, WhatsApp communications, and client workflows — all powered by your own knowledge base and pricing data.
How long does onboarding take?
Most teams are fully onboarded within 5–7 business days. Our guided setup covers email connection, knowledge base upload, workflow configuration, and team training. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding support.
Do I need technical expertise to use Oravanta?
No. Oravanta is designed for business users, not developers. Our onboarding wizard walks you through every step, and our support team is available to help with setup and configuration.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to email automation and AI quote generation. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Platform & Features

How does AI quote generation work?
When a client inquiry arrives via email or WhatsApp, AI analyzes the request against your uploaded knowledge base — pricing sheets, product specs, and policies. It then drafts a detailed, branded quote that your team reviews and approves before sending.
Can I approve quotes before they're sent?
Yes. Every AI-generated quote and client message goes through your approval workflow. You can review, edit, and approve before anything reaches your clients. You control what gets sent and when.
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
We support Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and more. Professional plans include integration with up to two CRM systems. Enterprise plans offer unlimited integrations and custom API connections.
Does Oravanta support WhatsApp?
WhatsApp automation is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. AI can handle inbound messages, send quote follow-ups, and deliver status updates — all with your approval before messages are sent.
What file formats can I upload to the knowledge base?
We support PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and plain text files. You can also add web pages and structured data via our import tools. AI indexes your content to deliver accurate, context-aware responses.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?
Yes. Oravanta uses enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit, tenant-isolated data storage, and role-based access controls. Each customer's data is fully separated in our multi-tenant architecture.
Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. Your business data is used exclusively to power your automations. We do not use customer data to train shared AI models. Your knowledge base and communications remain private to your organization.
Where is data stored?
Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with redundancy and backup. Enterprise customers can request specific regional data residency options to meet compliance requirements.
Do you support SSO?
Single sign-on (SSO) is available on Enterprise plans, supporting SAML 2.0 and popular identity providers like Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.

Billing & Plans

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll prorate any differences when you upgrade mid-cycle.
What happens if I exceed my quote limit?
We'll notify you at 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. You can purchase additional quote packs or upgrade to a higher tier. We never shut off service without prior warning.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% on Starter and Professional plans. Contact our sales team for Enterprise pricing tailored to your volume and requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time with no long-term contracts on Starter and Professional plans. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. We can export your data upon request.
